An Ohio man is accused of having sex with a 13-year-old girl, according to the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office. Hamilton Sheriff Jim Neal reported the victim told officers she met Scott Kravetsky, 24, of Sycamore Township over social media site Omegle and made arrangements to pick her up from Middletown and bring her to his home.
